The email code does not arrive

Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the address is typed correctly. Wait a moment, then use Yeniden gönder (Resend) in the game. If it still does not arrive, email us from the same address.

Switching accounts and progress

Your progress is stored with your account on the server. To get it back on a new device, sign in with the email address you linked. When you switch from a guest account to an existing linked account, the guest’s progress is not merged into it. A guest account that was never linked may not be recoverable after you delete the app.

Store and purchases

Purchases are tied to your WoDue account, so make sure you are signed in to the same account. For permanent purchases, use Satın alımları geri yükle (Restore purchases) in the game. Bonuses you have already used up are not given back by a restore. If something you paid for is missing, email us with the purchase date and the item name. Please do not buy it again to fix the problem.

Match results and connection

You can play against Nova, the virtual opponent, without an internet connection. Starting a new match against a real player or a friend needs a connection. If your connection drops during a match that has already started, you can still finish it; the result is sent to the server and updated once you are back online.

If a result looks wrong, check your connection first, then open the result again. If the problem stays, email us with the approximate time and the opponent’s display name.

Notifications

You can turn WoDue notifications on or off in your device’s Settings › Notifications › WoDue.

Deleting your account

Go to Ayarlar › Hesabım › Hesabı sil (Settings › My Account › Delete account) in the game. Deletion cannot be undone. The privacy policy explains what is removed and what can remain.

This beta version of WoDue does not show ads.
